Olivia's First Haircut!

 Livie doesn't have a lot of hair but it was getting pretty scraggly

 so this past June we decided it was time for her first haircut!

 Ms. Margo was so nice and Livie had a great time!

Fun with Paint!

Olivia can't get enough of her watercolors and one afternoon while I was making dinner she decided to paint her face!  It looked like so much fun I let her paint mine too! :)

Summer Reading!

 Olivia loves to read so we love our Summer Reading Programs at the library and now HEB Buddy has one too! The prizes were great and totally free!  (we love that!)

 She had to wait 3 weeks for her prizes! She checked the mail every week!

So happy!

Has it been this long? Really?

 Well, life gets busy and we neglect our blog, we are all well and have been having fun with Olivia. Livie just turned 3 and is so excited about getting a new sibling!  No we are not pregnant but we are pregnant with adoption!  We are in the process of getting licensed to foster-to-adopt!  We can't wait to see what little blessing the Lord has for us!  Here are some photos of our family adventures!

July was full of fun in the sun and fireworks!

Fall came and we loved watching the weather change! 

Train rides and road trips to Salado and the Elgin pumpkin festival were tons of fun!

Daddy loves to be silly, he came home with a few groceries!

Livie got her ears pierced in December!  She was so brave!

Olivia loves her new baby cousin Bella!  We love visiting her in Dallas!

We spent Thanksgiving at Aunt Mimi's house (Anna) :)

Christmas is always a happy time, especially through the eyes of a child!

 I think Olivia's favorite gift were her Jessie boots from toy story! (Thanks Auntie Annie!) 

(or as Livie calls them her yeehaw boots)

 We had lots of snow and ice in Jan. it was toooo cold for me!

We had fun watching the Packers win!

Yes it's true!  As of January our little girl is potty trained! 

Father's Day Weekend

Olivia had lots of smiles for Daddy on Father's day and we went to SA to surprise Grandpa!

(Anthony was so kind to spend his father's day with my Dad!)

Olivia was so excited to go swimming with her cousins until she saw how large the pool was it took her about 20 min to agree to sit on a raft and her very loving and patient cousins pulled her around the pool until she was ready to go it alone!  :)

Such a brave girl! We didn't think she would get in but she said Daddy I'm ready! :)

Has it really been that long?

I can't believe it's been 5 months since I last posted.

Olivia turned 2 on Feb 11th and I made her Nemo cake!

Give me a break it's my first animal cake...at least it was vegan ;)

Livie loves visits with her Nana and Grandpa! They love it too!

We took Livie and Ava to the kyte festival and it was hot but they loved it!

Easter was so much fun at Nanie's with Ava to help collect eggs!

On Memorial Day we went to our favorite spot on Lake Austin...Ski Shores!

In May I had a brain fart and cut off all my hair...I'm cooler but I think I'll let it grow back!

Can we just say Summer is here! :)
